Having spent over 16 years in the industry with NAB and more recently MyState Bank, Damien brings with him invaluable insights as to what banks are looking for when it comes to home loan assessment.
Damien specialises in assessing, preparing and submitting complex loan applications for our Self Employed clients.
Making people’s dreams a reality is something Damien is passionate about and being able to achieve this on a daily basis is what drives him.

Ashleigh Colls – Credit Analyst/Loan Assistant
Ashleigh spent six years working in customer service management, business analysis and asset finance in Melbourne before returning to Hobart in 2017 and plunged head-first into the residential property finance world.
She joined the One Stone Finance team after a stint at Hobart Home Loans, working with her father at the family business. Ashleigh quickly embraced the mortgage industry and has since assisted hundreds of clients in accomplishing their property dreams.
Cathy Stephens – Executive Assistant
Cathy has over 20 years experience in providing administrative support to ensure excellence in customer experience and service delivery to clients. Her attention to detail and organisation skills assist the One Stone Finance team to provide the outstanding service our clients can count on. Cathy thrives on problem solving and especially enjoys the satisfaction of being a part of achieving clients goals.
